Kristin Wika Paulsen
Head Physio & Company Director at Bode Clinic

Kristin has several years experience working in private practice treating patients from any age group, different backgrounds and abilities. Her passion for sport has attracted a range of amateur and professional athletes to seek injury help and advice from Kristin to progress as an athlete and achieve their goals. Kristin worked with Manchester United Foundation for 7 seasons leading the physiotherapy service for the girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) and helped build a high level medical service ensuring players receive top quality care to develop as an athlete.

Kristin has been assist­ing a previous work col­league with their Phd, study­ing assess­ment, screen­ing and train­ing meth­ods in female foot­ballers across the UK aimed at injury pre­ven­tion and per­for­mance enhancement. This sparked the interest for research and the benefit of using statistical measurements to ensure the patent is reaching their goals and receiving the latest evidence based treatment techniques.

Although Kristin’s passion is with sports physiotherapy she has over the years gained a vast amount of experience working with everyday back and neck problems, road traffic accident cases, joint and muscle conditions, and her efficient hands on treatment techniques has helped patients recover rapidly from their aches and pains.

Other skills include Kinesiology taping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisations, sports massage, acupuncture, and exercise advice.

Tom Melody
Canfield Coach – The Success Principles

Tom began as a Personal Trainer 9 years ago and soon became one of the highest qualified U25 Trainers in the UK.  Following this early achievement, Tom put his knowledge into his business becoming one of the most booked Trainers in the UK.  With a long list of clients Tom has been successful with Premier League Footballers, Basketball Players & regular gym goers alike!

Tom is a confident individual who doesn’t struggle to pass on his positive attitude to others!  It is this generally positive outlook on business and life that brought Tom into coaching.  As a Certified Canfield Coach, Tom is qualified to teach The Success Principles.  A list of strategies to help individuals and businesses get from where they are right now to where they want to be!  Tom has already taken his practice over seas to the USA teaching young athletes how to become great.  His principles have helped Premier League & MLS Star Tim Howard stay at the top of his game.

Stephen Fone

Stephen has over 20 years of sports and nutrition experience from which he has built up his knowledge and skills by working with and alongside some of the UK’s top nutritionists and strength & conditioning coaches.

Stephen has been playing professional ice hockey for over 10 years in which time he has won numerous trophies and personal accolades as well as representing Great Britain on various stages from under 20 level to the World Student Games. He has also been a part of the British Olympic Association’s Silver Passport Scheme which enabled him to work with some of the UK’s most knowledgeable coaches and advisors.

Although still playing professional ice hockey, Stephen now also works as a personal trainer which enables him to share his expertise and help people overcome a variety of health, lifestyle and physique challenges.

Bryan Jones

Bryan has worked in high performance sport for over 25 years and in business for the last 10 years. Within sport, he has provided performance and development support for a diverse range of elite athletes and teams from aspiring Olympic athletes to professional football teams. He has worked in several capacities throughout his 25 years career in elite sport, giving him a unique insight into high performance and the factors required to nurture it. He has worked as a strength and conditioning consultant to professional teams as well as the British Weightlifting team, British Athletics and Paralympic athletes. Furthermore, he has provided psychological support to several National Governing Bodies of Sport as well as elite performers. He also sat on the British Olympic Association Psychology Advisory Group for a short period following the 1996 Olympic Games. He has coached at International level and now acts as a mentor to many Olympic coaches and professional sports managers. Bryan is at the forefront of coach development and is currently providing support to UK Coaching and the sports sector on aspects of coach development and the pursuit of a World Leading Coaching workforce.  He is directly responsible for the development of the highest level of coaches in the UK through the UK Coaching Certificate level 4 programme, where he is the programme director. Prior to the London 2012 Olympic Games, he provided performance and educational support to all the Pacific nations competing in London. This led to Bryan making significant improvements in coach and athlete development throughout Oceania.

In business, Bryan has used his knowledge of high performance environments to facilitate large organisations to become more productive and successful. This has ranged from the systematic review of institutional cultures and motivational climates through to specific issues raised by the clients such as stress management, conflict resolution and time management solutions.

In September 2012, he founded a brand new secondary school called Sandymoor School, and later he opened the Robbie Fowler Education and Football Academy (FEFA). Both are thriving!
